Some gemstones may have natural variances in color or shape due to the individual nature of natural gems, and we try to select stones that we feel have character or are as pleasing as possible at all times. There may be some variance from the image of the item to the actual one received due to the nature of the stones and handmade craftsmanship, however we do our best to maintain uniformity.

All jewelry is guarenteed to be in new condition upon purchase, and free from obvious defects in craftsmanship and materials. We expect our jewelry to hold up over a reasonable time frame if properly cared for.  We will be happy to make minor repairs or adjustments to restore your piece for a reasonable fee if need be.
